How to place your order?

Your order will be processed within the next 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from us.

What if the product is no longer in stock after payment has been made?
We will refund the money received based on the mode of payment in return or fulfil your order given with another alternative.

What if the size or style of footwear is out of stock?
You can email us the details. We will contact you if the particular footwear you are interested in is back in stock.

Can I amend or cancel for an order that has been paid for?
It is not possible to amend or cancel after you received an order confirmation email from us.

Shipping Information

What can I do if I like to change to an express mode of delivery instead of normal delivery?
Contact us immediately assuming the footwear has not been delivered.

Where can I change my shipping details?
Send us an email immediately assuming the footwear has not been delivered.

What if I've missed my delivery?
We will drop a notice slip at your doorstep to inform you for re-delivery arrangements. We will deliver the footwear again with a nominal charge of $5. To ensure for successful delivery, we will call the recipient half an hour before we send the footwear to the indicated place.

What are the delivery timings?
Mondays - Fridays
10.00 am - 8.00 pm
Saturdays - Sundays
10.00 am - 1.00 pm

Return & Exchange

How long can my credit voucher last?
Credit voucher is valid for 3 months from the issued date.

What if I received the wrong footwear or with some defects on the footwear?
You can absolutely exchange or refund after the footwear has been accessed by us.
In order for us to resolve the issue quickly, we need you to assist us by emailing our customer care team with the photos on the defective areas of the footwear.

How can I return or exchange the footwear purchased?
