We allow you to exchange or refund within 7 days from the purchase date except in the form of a credit voucher that is equivalent to your order amount.

Steps to Returns & Exchange
Email to our customer care team on your order number, and why you want to refund or exchange Expect a return email form our customer care team within 7 days Return the following items:
- Original Receipt
- Footwear in its original condition when it was received
Once footwear(1) is received, we will access the condition of the footwear. As soon as your exchange(2) or refund has been approved(3), we will process and issue a credit voucher in return

(1) Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for footwear and are not applicable for socks, tights, and other accessories.
(2) There will be no refund for the excess amount for any exchange of footwear of lower value. As for higher value of replacement of footwear, you would just have to pay for the differences.
(3) Exchange or refund will be delivered or processed within 5 working days from our confirmation letter/email

*Socks, tights, accessories, sales and/or promotional items are strictly non- refundable and non-exchangeable.
