| Once footwear(1) is received, we will access the condition of the footwear. | As soon as your exchange(2) or refund has been approved(3), we will process and issue a credit voucher in return |
(1) Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for footwear and are not applicable for socks, tights, and other accessories.
(2) There will be no refund for the excess amount for any exchange of footwear of lower value. As for higher value of replacement of footwear, you would just have to pay for the differences.
(3) Exchange or refund will be delivered or processed within 5 working days from our confirmation letter/email
*Socks, tights, accessories, sales and/or promotional items are strictly non- refundable and non-exchangeable.
